Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a senior governance professional to strengthen enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance and data protection across the organisation. You will review processes, perform control testing, assess risks and report to senior stakeholders, driving remediation actions and governance improvements.

This role requires at least six years in internal audit, risk management or governance, with ACCA/CIA advantageous and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk management, compliance or governance.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment and auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and control assessments across operational and business functions.
• Review processes and controls to identify risks, gaps and improvements.
• Perform internal control testing and evaluate effectiveness of controls.
• Recommend improvements and follow up on remediation actions.
• Prepare governance reports for management and stakeholders.
