Good Job Creations Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to strengthen internal control, governance, risk management, and audit activities. This role collaborates with Head Office and business units to drive compliance and continuous process improvements.

You will support J-SOX control activities, coordinate audits, prepare reports in English and Japanese, and participate in cross-functional projects across our multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English to liaise with Head Office and prepare reports in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of Internal Control, Internal Audit, J-SOX, Compliance and Corporate Governance.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support J-SOX internal control activities, including testing, documentation review, evidence collection, and improvements.
• Coordinate corrective actions with departments and group companies after J-SOX assessments.
• Manage routine internal control activities, including monthly reporting, inventory verification, and overdue receivables reviews.
• Coordinate with Head Office on internal control matters and reporting requirements.
• Support audits, including internal, derivative, and sustainability audits; track schedules and consolidate documents.
• Facilitate communication between auditors and business units for inquiries and information requests.
• Coordinate audit remediation plans and follow up with stakeholders.
• Review, update, and maintain company policies and governance guidelines.
• Assist with annual derivative plans, KPI reporting, and governance-related materials.
• Support governance, risk management, credit risk, and enterprise risk management activities with Head Office.
• Prepare management and Head Office reports in English and Japanese.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
