Job summary

CORTEN INTERIOR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own interior fit-out projects from planning through handover. You will bridge design and construction, ensure on-time delivery within budget and in line with client specs, and drive improvements in coordination and supplier management.

The role requires overseeing trades on site, managing budgets and client communications, and refining project documentation to enhance efficiency across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on project management experience in interior fit-out or design & build.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Interior Design or related discipline.
• Experience in M&E, joinery, finishes and site coordination.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover, monitoring schedules.
• Coordinate on-site trades (M&E, joinery, partitions, finishing) per design specs.
• Manage budgets, review quotations, handle VO and monitor costs.
• Act as primary client contact, provide updates and address issues.
• Improve documents and workflows to boost coordination across sites.
