INPRODEC PROJECTS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial fitout projects from conception to completion in Singapore.

You will collaborate with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. The role emphasizes planning, risk management, change control, compliance with building codes, and clear stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fitout industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and designers, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets with the PM team, design team and procurement.
• Coordinate activities, monitor timelines and budget adherence; identify risks and implement mitigation.
• Assist in change management and crisis mitigation to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory approvals; conduct site inspections and marking.
• Oversee site activities and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Generate regular project reports on status, issues and solutions; maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial tracking.
