Job summary

KINGSVILLE PACIFIC (SINCE 1978) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Manager for interior fit-out projects in Singapore. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out works, along with managing schedules and ensuring adherence to specifications and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of site management experience, strong project management and scheduling skills, and a solid understanding of layout plans, carpentry, and M&E works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works.
• Good experience in project management and scheduling.
• Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
• Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
• Sound knowledge in M&E works

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works.
• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractor. Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
• Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
