Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore seeks a Coordination Manager (Interface) to lead multidisciplinary interface coordination across civil, structural, architectural, M&E works on large LTA MRT civil infrastructure projects.

You will oversee interfaces, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution, with at least 8 years of construction experience and a relevant degree. Salary up to SGD 11,500 per month plus AWS and allowances.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of construction experience including interface management or multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in LTA Civil Infrastructure or large-scale building projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multidisciplinary interfaces across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E and specialist works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve design, technical and construction interface issues to minimise delays.
• Manage interface registers, technical submissions and coordination meetings, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, site access and work boundaries across different project disciplines.
