Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead C&S design coordination for major MRT projects in Singapore. You will oversee design submissions, liaise with multiple disciplines, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 8+ years of consolidated C&S design experience on large-scale projects, with MRT/rail exposure considered a plus.

• Minimum 8 years of C&S design and coordination experience on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead C&S design activities for MRT projects, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

• Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate interfaces between C&S, architectural, M&E, geotechnical, and rail systems disciplines.
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and design risk management.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance with project, quality, and safety standards.

An established A1 main contractor is expanding its engineering leadership team and is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. This strategic role will lead design coordination initiatives and support the execution of large MRT projects (new/existing) across Singapore.

What you will do
