Job summary

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Intelligence Department within the Foreign Manpower Management Division in Singapore seeks analysts to deliver timely intelligence to support policy making and enforcement actions. The role covers strategic and operational analysis, field intelligence, and development of information capabilities with partnerships across enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities include studying workforce trends, recruitment practices, and living conditions, plus leading or supporting

Qualifications

2–7 years of experience in enforcement/regulatory functions and intelligence analysis
Strong writing and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
Familiarity with data extraction and management tools (e.g. Denodo, PowerPivot) preferred
Experience with analytical/visualisation tools (R, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct studies and investigations to identify circumvention of work pass frameworks and initiate enforcement actions
Analyse foreign workforce trends, recruitment processes, employment conditions, and living conditions in Singapore
Monitor trends to anticipate issues regarding recruitment, workers nationality, employment and living conditions
Coordinate or support enforcement operations based on analytical findings
Conduct strategic and thematic studies for foreign manpower management
Senior officers may lead a team of analysts, present findings to senior management, and drive policy reviews and research initiatives
