Job summary

Ministry of Manpower in Singapore is seeking an MOM officer to support manpower policies, strengthen industrial relations, and uphold workplace safety standards while balancing local and foreign workforce regulations.

You will investigate non-compliances, take enforcement actions, prosecute breaches, and work with TAEP and other agencies. Strong writing, analytical skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of working experience.
• Able to write clearly, concisely and logically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, independent and able to work in a team.
• Experience in investigation or HR functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Investigate companies and individuals for possible non-compliances of employment laws.
• Take enforcement actions as per enforcement framework.
• Prosecute breaches of employment laws where appropriate.
• Collaborate with TAEP and other government agencies on cases.
• Assist with policy formulation, processes and communication strategies.
• Carry out other duties as directed by management.
