Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Case Manager to own end-to-end case management for pre- and post-sale service transactions, ensuring timely and positive service for financial representatives and clients on policies.

You will coordinate with distributors, policy services, underwriting, legal/compliance and claims teams, providing status updates and reviewing appeals and post-sales requests. A diploma/degree and 7+ years in insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution/university.
• Minimum 7 years working experience; ~5 years in insurance industry.
• Highly service-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial services and sales professionals' needs.
• Front-facing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management across pre- and post-sale lifecycle.
• Liaise with Financial Representatives, Business Development, Underwriting, and Compliance teams.
• Provide status updates and review for appeals and post-sale requests.
• Track requests, maintain reports, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely information.
• Onboard new banks and conduct operations trainings.
