Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for a role focused on affluent client servicing within insurance operations and wealth management. You will manage end-to-end business insurance applications, liaise with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales or policy servicing and strong communication skills. Knowledge of life insurance processes and CMFAS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, operations, or policy servicing.
• Knowledge of life insurance and underwriting processes preferred.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth or wealth management clients is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new business insurance applications and policy issuance.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and clients on case progress.
• Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and data entry.
• Support policy servicing requests, amendments, and endorsements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
