OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs. You will work with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external partners to ship complex changes that institutions trust and rely on.

Qualifications

• Experience with custody, OES, or related institutional services in crypto/finance environments.
• Ability to design and manage fee schedules, rebates, and incentive programs for institutional clients.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs with engineering, sales, compliance, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and roadmaps for institutional products (Custody OES, Fees & Incentives).
• Build and optimize self-service portals and automation to scale operations.
• Develop ROI-based business cases and quantify revenue/AUM impact.
• Present strategy and trade-offs to leadership and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with regulatory, engineering, and commercial teams across jurisdictions.
