Job summary

KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced institutional sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with clients across Northeast Asia. You will drive sales of exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, generate commissions, and onboard new institutions.

The role requires 5–10 years in sales trading, familiarity with major global exchanges, and strong communication at all levels. You will collaborate with teams to grow existing portfolios and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in sales trading / dealing with institutional clients.
• Experience with major global exchanges (eg. SGX, HKEX, CME, ICE, LME etc.) needed.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients throughout Northeast Asia.
• Drive sales of exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives products to targeted clients.
• Generate commissions from institutional client base.
• On-board new institutional clients and build new business.
• Manage and maintain relations with existing client portfolios.
• Increase share of client business by expanding opportunities within clients.
• Collaborate with other channels and teams to onboard new clients.
• Identify and execute opportunities within the target market.
