Job summary

Moomoo Singapore is a wealth-tech platform offering access to global markets and a suite of wealth services. The Institutional Account Services Specialist will manage end-to-end client brokerage account servicing, onboarding, and lifecycle activities with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with relationship managers, trading, onboarding, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth client experiences, robust controls, and timely reporting while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in brokerage operations or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage account lifecycle and securities operations.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day servicing of client brokerage accounts including onboarding, maintenance, transfers and closures.
• Serve as primary contact for account inquiries and service requests; coordinate onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain client information, statements, fees, settlements and account administration; build relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and KYC/AML controls; support due diligence and reviews.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; provide management with reports on volumes, service levels and risks.
