Job summary

Moomoo Inc. is looking for a Director – Institutional Account Management to provide high-quality support for External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their clients. This role includes proactive service, onboarding coordination, and transaction support, ensuring a high standard of client care. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a brokerage or private bank, demonstrating strong client servicing skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in servicing EAMs either in a brokerage or private bank setup.
• Familiarity with EAM business and fintech platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to institutional salespeople in managing relationships with EAMs.
• Coordinate account opening and onboarding for EAM-managed client accounts.
• Assist in processing investment transactions, FX deals, and cash transfers.
• Maintain accurate client records within the client management systems.
