Job summary

Moomoo is a global investment and trading platform committed to democratizing investing. The Institutional Account Services Specialist will oversee day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client experience across onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

The role collaborates with relationship managers, trading, onboarding and compliance teams to address inquiries and drive efficient account operations while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5+ years in brokerage operations, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage account lifecycle and securities operations.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end servicing of client brokerage accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, amendments, transfers and closures; primary contact for account-related inquiries.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, KYC/AML procedures, and periodic reviews; manage documentation for audit purposes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; monitor service levels, volumes, and operational risks; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
