Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced civil engineering professional to lead project planning, execution and site management for civil/infrastructure works.

You will develop schedules, method statements and resource plans, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors while monitoring progress and ensuring safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience and is prepared to oversee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant civil/infrastructure project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
