JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive design, implementation, and optimization of global data center and network platforms. You will lead complex projects, mentor engineers, and apply AI-assisted methods to improve reliability and security across enterprise infrastructure.

The role emphasizes collaboration across platforms, deep technical networking expertise, and hands-on tooling with automation and code-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in network architecture, design, and engineering within large enterprises.
• Deep technical expertise in data center networking technologies: Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Nexus, ACI, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, STP, VPC/MLAG, and stacking.
• Practical experience with Cisco and Arista platforms (e.g., Nexus Series, Catalyst).
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, CI/CD pipelines) for network infrastructure.
• Experience with Arista CVP, AVD, Cisco NFM, Cisco Network as Code
• Demonstrated success in leading stability and resiliency programs including change management, incident response, and RCA.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
