The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) is seeking a Senior Industry Development Executive to join our Industry Development team in Singapore. You will work closely with Committee Chairmen, government agencies and industry leaders to champion the interests of our members and support the construction sector's ongoing transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline; a Built Environment degree is a distinct advantage.
• 3–5 years in industry development, trade associations, or built environment sectors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain networks with government officials and industry leaders.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills with deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear articulation of industry issues.
• Analytical thinker with ability to interpret market intelligence.
• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Advocacy support with government agencies and partners.
• Coordinate industry-level projects, track deliverables and indicators.
• Engage member companies to identify needs and gather feedback.
• Stakeholder engagement and networking with regulators and SCAL members.
• Plan and organise committees meetings, dialogues and programmes.
• Conduct research and contribute to policy development.
• Assist in industry communications and reporting.
• Provide advisory on construction practices.
