Job summary

Wise is seeking a Partner Risk Assessment Specialist in Singapore to onboard banks and online platforms, assess their compliance, and produce comprehensive memos to determine partner risk. You will guide partners through their KYC journey and help shape Wise Platform's growth.

Collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Business Development, you will translate regulatory requirements into practical onboarding steps and monitor evolving standards to keep Wise compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in financial services compliance.
• Experience onboarding large enterprises to financial platforms.
• Ability to document processes and compliance measures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on banks and online platforms to assess regulatory compliance.
• Review partner documentation (KYC, legal agreements) for accuracy and completeness.
• Produce compliance memos summarizing potential risks and recommendations.
• Support onboarding process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management and Business Development to secure approvals.
