Job summary

Checkout.com is a leading fintech enabling merchants worldwide to implement seamless payment processing. We seek a tech-savvy professional to support merchants during integration, answer technical questions, and manage incidents across the lifecycle of trials and deployments.

You will collaborate with Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers and Product teams while maintaining and updating integration libraries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in development or technical support at a Tech/FinTech company.
• Payments experience would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs.
• Experience with Node.js and React is a plus.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of Checkout.com payment processing technology.
• Answer all merchants' integration related questions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live support, and post-live support.
• Manage incidents related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers, and Merchant Care to resolve issues during trials, integrations, or post-implementation support.
• Interact with Product teams to identify improvement ideas.
• Advise Manager on issues impacting customer satisfaction and recommend actions.
• Ability to multitask with multiple projects and integrations of customers.
• Maintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations.
