Job summary

qlub is scaling rapidly across markets worldwide, and we're seeking a Technical Program Manager, POS Integrations, to own onboarding and integration delivery in your region. You will partner with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and serve as the regional point of contact from first request to Commercial Done.

If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment and enjoy solving hard problems in payments and hospitality, this role is for you.

Qualifications

3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations.
Comfort with APIs, POS systems, integration concepts—no coding required.
Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams.
Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum.
Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work.
Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle.
Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks, blockers and progress.
Drive approvals and decision-making; actively remove blockers and escalation to keep delivery moving.
Sync weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations.
Co‑own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants.
Coordinate rollout and go‑live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
