We’re looking for someone to support merchants implementing our payment technology and to help optimize their integration through collaboration with internal teams. You will work with API-driven payments, debugging, documentation and go-live support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company.
• Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required.
• Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go or C#.
• Experience with Node.js, React is a plus.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of Checkout.com payment processing technology.
• Answer all merchants’ integration questions including configuration, debugging, testing, go-live and post-live support.
• Manage incidents related to integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting and time tracking).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues during trials, integrations, or post-implementation support.
• Interact with Product teams to identify improvement ideas.
• Advise on issues impacting customer satisfaction and recommend actions.
• Multitask across multiple projects and integrations for customers.
• Maintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations.
