Job summary

Checkout.com in Singapore is looking for a seasoned technical specialist to support merchants during integration of our payments platform. You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth go-lives and post-launch support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tech/FinTech, strong API/REST knowledge, and fluent English and Chinese. A hybrid working model applies with office days to enable collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company.
• Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of Checkout.com payment processing technology.
• Answer integration questions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live and post-live support.
• Manage incidents related to integration, including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers, and Merchant Care to resolve issues during trials or post-implementation.
• Interact with Product teams to pinpoint improvement ideas and advise on customer satisfaction improvements.
• Multitask across multiple projects and integrations of customers.
• Maintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations.
