Job summary

ARETE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with deep expertise in III-V epitaxy to drive growth and manufacturing of high-performance semiconductor devices, including lasers for AI data centers.

The role centers on MOCVD-based epi development and wafer fabrication for R&D and high-volume production, with a focus on yield and process optimization. You will lead epi process development, collaborate with global teams, and apply data analytics and SPC to enhance manufacturing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in III-V epitaxial growth (MOCVD preferred).
Developing and qualifying III-V epi processes for lasers, photodetectors, or related devices.
Solid understanding of semiconductor materials and device physics for laser applications.

Responsibilities

Lead development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes (MOCVD) for various device structures.
Drive continuous improvement of process quality: uniformity, defect density, reproducibility.
Support New Product Introduction from design structure to manufacturable process flow.
Collaborate with international teams on process development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer.
Utilize data analytics, AI/ML tools, and SPC to enhance process capability and manufacturing efficiency.
Perform and support advanced characterization and failure analysis.
