Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Projects Director - ICT/Telecommunications Technical Lead in Singapore. You will provide technical leadership for ICT, telecoms, networking, security, and controls across data centers and critical facilities in the APAC region.

The role requires hands-on design oversight, coordination with clients and engineers, and delivery of converged networks with scalable, reliable infrastructures. You will review designs, mentor teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in telecommunications infrastructure design, network systems integration, and project delivery.
• Experience with data center environments and critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT/telecommunications design for data centers and critical facilities.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and internal teams.
• Develop standardized product concepts and conceptual rack layouts.
• Review and comment on telecom, networking and security designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and project standards.
• Mentor teams and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
