Job summary

HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency driving transformative, operationally ready solutions for public safety. The ICT Infrastructure Sustainment Centre secures and maintains enterprise ICT services across Home Team Departments, including end-user devices, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

The role focuses on governance, risk, audit, 24/7 security operations, device deployment, OS standardization, and vendor management, with a two-year contract starting on appointment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or related ICT disciplines.
• Minimally 1 year working experience in cyber security related programs.
• In-depth understanding of desktop clients/servers, cloud infrastructure and networks; knowledge of Windows Server and AD; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance, risk, audit and process management for enterprise ICT infrastructure services across MHA Home Team Departments.
• Lead ICT security initiatives and ensure compliance with government policies; design security by design for projects.
• Ensure vendors meet SLAs and manage contracts to address operational needs.
• Identify cost-effective infra solutions; handle procurement including tender specs, evaluation and awards.
• Manage GRC processes and 24/7 security operations with rapid response times.
• Lead end-to-end device deployment and coordinate site readiness and user communications.
• Oversee OS standardization and provisioning via MDM (Intune, SCCM); enforce security baselines.
• Manage OEMs for hardware availability and maintain inventory accuracy.
