Job summary

The ICT Infrastructure Sustainment Centre role focuses on governance, risk, and 24/7 security operations across MHA departments, delivering reliable enterprise networks, endpoints, AD/Azure AD, and hybrid cloud services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or ICT/Cyber Security.
• 1 year minimum in cyber security related programs: audits, risk assessments, remediation and compliance.
• Recent certifications CCIE/CCNP/CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, Azure Architect/Administrator or OEM vendor certs are a plus.
• Solid understanding of desktop/servers, cloud infra, enterprise networking, SDN, and AD services.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and network ops tools (SolarWinds, Tenable, Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Governance, risk, audit and process management for enterprise ICT infra services across HTD units.
• Lead security by design initiatives and ensure compliance with government policies.
• Hands-on network management, including NAC, firewall config, and NOC tooling.
• Endpoint management, OS lifecycle, patching and device policy enforcement.
• Vendor management, contracts and vendor performance to meet SLAs.
• Oversee procurement, tender specs, evaluation and awards.
• Manage 24/7 security operations with rapid response.
• Lead end-to-end device deployment and ensure site readiness and user comms.
• Oversee OS standardisation and provisioning via MDM; maintain security baselines.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with OEM coordination.
