The Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage ICT Governance and Risk for various Home Team Departments. You will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness of ICT infrastructures, leading initiatives for compliance, and managing vendors.

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in relevant fields and at least one year of experience in cyber security. This is a two-year contract, and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimally 1 year working experience in cyber security related programmes.
• In‑depth understanding of desktop clients/servers, cloud infrastructure and networks.
• Relevant certification from Microsoft and other professional bodies is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage ICT Infrastructure Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Serve as Point of Contact for ICT Project Handovers.
• Ensure vendors fulfil service levels and take corrective actions.
• Identify and evaluate cost‑effective technical solutions.
• Manage GRC processes and documentations.
• Lead end to end device deployment across agencies.
• Oversee OS standardization and provisioning via MDM.
• Manage OEMs for hardware availability.
