Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Computer Science, IT, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in ICT Operational Systems.
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as SIEM and cloud security is advantageous.
• Crisis leadership, project management or system management skills are desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems/projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor existing systems/projects for operation availability and serviceability.
• Manage vendors to ensure SLA compliance and take corrective actions.
• Refresh hardware and software of existing systems as projects.
• Identify, evaluate and propose cost-effective technical solutions.
• Procure identified solutions with budget papers and specs.
• Plan and manage progress and budget of projects; resolve issues to meet deadlines.
• Remediate cybersecurity audit findings; ensure compliance with government policies.
• Implement and maintain ICT security measures as prescribed by policy.
• Implement and maintain ICT security and monitoring tools as required.
