Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system/network administration, infrastructure architecture, or cloud operations.
• Recently certified (less than 2 years ago) with CCIE/CCNP/CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, Azure Architect/Administrator.
• Proven track record in maintaining 24/7 operational systems with strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mission-critical infrastructure for MHA/HTX operations.
• Directly manage network management, endpoint OS, and service software lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure.
