Qualifications

• 8–10 years of internal auditing experience across operational, financial, governance and compliance audits.
• Experience in insurance or banking with regulatory knowledge in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements from planning to reporting to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Identify control gaps and propose practical improvements to strengthen controls.
• Conduct comprehensive audits across operational, financial, governance and compliance processes.
• Support integrated audits by assessing governance and risk frameworks across major functions.
• Develop and refine the annual audit plan to address emerging risks and priorities.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships to promote governance and risk management practices.
• Monitor timely resolution of audit findings in line with internal standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc reviews, investigations and special assignments as needed.
