Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Functional Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives. You will engage stakeholders to elicit and prioritise requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role demands a strong background in PMO governance, change management and testing/implementation controls, with hands-on execution and vendor management experience in a banking/consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, consulting, project management, business analysis or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in hybrid Project Manager / Functional Business Analyst role.
• Strong track record managing complex initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Knowledge of Strategic Branding, Corporate Communications, HR, Employee Experience or related functions advantageous.
• Experience with HR systems, workflow platforms, content management or employee engagement platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, PMO governance, change management, testing and implementation controls.
• Experience in requirements analysis, process design, solution evaluation and impact assessment.
• Experience managing vendors, SoW, procurement activities, RFP processes and delivery governance.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Resourceful and hands‑on with strong execution focus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise competing demands and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Elicit, validate and prioritise requirements; map to processes; define specs and documentation.
• Project Delivery & PMO Governance: Lead projects, manage plans, RAID, dependencies and status reporting; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Testing, Implementation & Operational Readiness: Review test plans; support SIT/UAT; track defects and resolutions.
• Vendor, Risk & Control Management: Coordinate vendors, support RFP activities, SoW governance and delivery tracking.
