Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to bridge business analysis with project delivery. You will engage stakeholders, elicit requirements, and drive outcomes across HR, communications and operations in a banking transformation program.

The role requires a hybrid of business analysis and project management, with oversight of PMO governance, risk, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, consulting, project management or transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements.
• Lead projects from initiation through deployment and stabilisation.
• Maintain PMO governance across actions, risks, issues and changes.
• Coordinate Business, Technology and external partners to deliver outcomes.
• Provide status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support SIT and UAT testing and issue resolution.
