Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives across Corporate Systems, including HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing platforms.

The role requires strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery within a regulated banking environment. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors to drive transformation and process optimization across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within the banking industry.
• Proven experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) or related workflow/communications platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end delivery capability in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of corporate system initiatives across HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing domains.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
• Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and optimisation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, audit, and security requirements within the banking environment.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, regulated banking environment.
