Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a seasoned Functional Business Analyst with Project Management experience to drive delivery of Global Markets solutions. The role centers on requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement across GM trading systems.

It includes overseeing SIT/UAT, risk and operational considerations, and strategic roadmaps aligned to the bank's future state. The candidate will work within UOB's GM BT&O team, collaborating with Front Office, Operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8–10 years in functional business analysis, banking preferred.
5–7 years of FBA in Global Markets/Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and trading lifecycles.
Experience with SIT/UAT, test scenarios, and defect triage.
Ability to translate requirements into actionable business specs.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis and translate into clear business requirements and delivery scope.
Drive gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization for GM tech and ops.
Formulate solution options and support trade-offs for Front Office and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with Business, Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Tech to ensure delivery.
Manage SIT/UAT cycles, test scenarios, and functional validation of deliverables.
Provide BA leadership in issues across Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and trade booking.
