Job summary

bbp in Singapore seeks a seasoned HVAC specialist to lead design validation, optimization, and commissioning of chiller plants, AHUs, and ACMV systems. You will perform performance analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective action planning for underperforming equipment.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, present technical proposals, and drive energy-saving initiatives to meet COP targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of strong HVAC technical experience.
• Experience managing senior-level customers in technical presentations.
• Strong ability to handle difficult operational situations.
• SCEM certified; Green Mark certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and fine-tuning of chiller plants, AHUs, and ACMV systems.
• Review HVAC design documents to identify performance issues.
• Recommend modifications for better efficiency, lifecycle cost, and maintainability.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for system enhancements.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless implementation with no operational disruption.
• Support business development with technical proposals and client updates.
