Job summary

LETSCOOL AIRCON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Chiller Specialist to oversee chiller and ACMV projects from planning through handover.

You will manage timelines, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and site activities to meet safety and quality standards. The role requires 5+ years in ACMV/HVAC, strong chiller experience, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across Singapore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Building Services/ACMV/HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ACMV/HVAC project experience, with chiller exposure.
• Strong understanding of chiller systems, water/air cooled chillers, pumps, BMS/controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate chiller, ACMV, and HVAC projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, budget, and meet deadlines while coordinating with clients and contractors.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of chillers and ACMV systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with local standards.
• Coordinate documentation, drawings, risk assessments, and technical submissions.
