Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC engineer with 5+ years to lead chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, and ACMV systems. You will perform detailed plant analyses, identify root causes, and plan corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability on-site at client facilities in Singapore.

The role involves reviewing design documents, leading commissioning, coordinating with contractors, and communicating technical proposals to clients, with emphasis on energy code

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree with minimum 7-10 years of strong technical experience in HVAC area.
• Experienced in managing senior level customer in technical presentation and communication.
• Strong operational experience on HVAC.
• Strong ability to handle difficult operational situations.
• Preferably with EEOA and Green Mark certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed plant and performance analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action planning for underperforming equipment.
• Lead commissioning and fine-tuning of chiller plants, AHUs, and ACMV systems to ensure systems meet or exceed target performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and contractors for chiller enhancement and performance optimisation work.
• Liaise effectively with clients, providing technical advice, updates, and system improvement proposals.
• Support energy efficiency by reviewing designs and optimizing system performance.
