Job summary

The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, coordinating with teams, and delivering reliable service while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical with 1 year working experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting within HVAC or BAS.
• Ability to read schematics and write up report.
• Strong communication skills within local language (reading, writing, and conversational).
• Willingness to on standby and be a good teammate.
• Knowledge in HVAC will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment, including identifying and resolving issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired HVAC systems to verify performance.
• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to ensure continuous system operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, equipment status, and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks and assignments.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Support proposals with clear solutions and documentation.
