Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Technician to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems on client sites in Singapore.

You will perform routine servicing, repairs, testing, and commissioning, while diagnosing issues and delivering technical solutions to improve building performance. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of HVAC-related experience, ability to read schematics, strong communication skills in the local language, and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical with 1 year working experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting within HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics and write up reports.
• Strong communication skills within local language (reading, writing, and conversational).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment, including identifying and resolving issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired HVAC systems to verify performance.
• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions for continuous operation.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to provide technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, equipment status and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and support quotations.
