Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician in Singapore to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems for client sites. You will diagnose issues, perform routine servicing, and support commissioning and testing activities to keep systems running at peak efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, strong communication, and a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read schematics and write reports.
• Valid driving license and willingness to standby.
• Good communication in local language and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and inspection of HVAC systems.
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment as needed.
• Test and commission newly installed or repaired systems.
• Diagnose problems and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with clients.
• Maintain service reports, equipment status, and schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
• Suggest improvements and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist in quotations and proposals.
