Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Technician to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems across client sites in Singapore. You will perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning while delivering high-quality service and proactive solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate reporting, and collaboration with clients and team members to improve building performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical with 1 years working experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting within HVAC or BAS.
• Ability to read schematics and write up reports.
• Strong communication skills in the local language.
• Willing to learn and be a good teammate.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to on standby and backup.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment and identify issues.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of installed or repaired systems.
• Diagnose problems and provide solutions to keep systems running.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Support proposals and project follow-ups.
