Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Service Technician to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems on client sites. You will service, diagnose, repair and commission equipment, while maintaining records and upholding safety standards.

Successful candidates will have HVAC experience, the ability to read schematics, and strong communication with clients in the local language. On-site work and collaborative teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose faults accurately.
• Strong communication skills in the local language and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems.
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment; diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to verify performance after service.
• Document service reports and maintain schedules; ensure safety standards.
• Provide clear client communication and upsell where appropriate.
