Job summary

JOHNSON CONTROLS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager to lead assigned projects in Singapore, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets and schedules.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, prepare tender documentation, review drawings, and manage M&E contractors to deliver projects safely and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in construction, design, and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings.
• HVAC knowledge required.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint), along with estimation software (Accubid & MEP).

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects within budget and schedule.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
• Meet clients to document requirements and prepare tender documentation.
• Oversee M&E contractor management and ensure compliance with safety and standards.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and budgeting to meet financial targets.
• Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders.
• Ensure contract terms, change orders, and close-out requirements are followed.
