Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in ACMV systems.
• Strong knowledge of MEPL systems.
• Ability to size equipment and discuss/approve drawings.
• Experience leading a project team and liaising with stakeholders.
• Proficient in technical submission, shop drawings, and RA/MOS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Mechanical ACMV projects per safety, quality, and schedule.
• Drive project progress and maintain schedules.
• Manage all site matters and attend site meetings.
• Provide technical submissions of proposals, drawings, MOS, RA, etc.
• Review deliverables and initiate corrective actions; administer variation orders.
• Lead and guide a project team.
