Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will blend strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR operations, spanning talent acquisition, payroll, compensation & benefits, compliance and HR transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience across full-scope HR operations including payroll and incentive administration.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

This is a key HR leadership role combining strategic workforce planning with hands‑on HR operations, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, commissions, compensation & benefits, compliance and HR transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, partnering with business leaders on hiring strategies and talent pipelines.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and confirmation to performance management, transfers and exits.
• Manage payroll and commission administration, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with Finance on payroll reconciliation, budgeting and workforce cost reporting.
• Drive compensation, benefits and rewards programmes, including salary benchmarking, annual reviews, bonuses and incentive schemes.
• Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Lead HR audits, governance and risk management across contracts, payroll and employee matters.
• Analyse HR data such as headcount, attrition, hiring and payroll costs to support business decisions.
• Drive HR digitalisation, HRIS improvements, automation and process optimisation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong hands‑on experience across full‑spectrum HR operations, including payroll and commission/incentive administration.
