Responsibilities

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates.
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting search parameters as needed.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting tools and methods to find the ideal candidate.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to generate pipelines.
• Enhance candidate pool through internal databases, networks and events.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
