Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience with payroll focus.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (Info-tech & KNOW).
• Strong organisational and time management skills with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain attendance, leaves and overtime records.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Administer benefits programs including enrolment and changes.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Handle payroll, benefits and HR policy inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures development.
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations as needed.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
