Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking an experienced HR transformation leader to support an established Singapore-headquartered food and agribusiness group. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will drive talent, performance and organisation development initiatives and strengthen business partnering capabilities across the organisation.

Your remit will include redesigning the HR operating model, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Broad exposure across business partnering, organisation development, talent and performance management.
• Experience contributing to HR transformation, operating model or capability enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support HR transformation agenda and strengthen business partnering with senior leaders.
• Redesign the HR operating model and improve processes, systems and ways of working.
